Search for "LeapCharger" in the search bar.
Locate the official LeapCharger app and click the "Install" button.
Once the installation is complete, tap "Open" to launch the app.

Account Creation or Login: Once you enter the app, input your phone number. Our system will cross-check to see if you are either a new or an existing user. If you are a new user, you will be directed to the "Sign Up" page in order to create your LeapCharger account. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and agree to the terms and conditions. If you already have an account, you’ll be asked to provide an OTP to continue your login.

Connecting Your Vehicle: After logging in, you'll be prompted to add your electric vehicle to the app. Click on the "Add Vehicle" option and provide the necessary details, including the make, model, and license plate number of your EV. Locate Charging Stations: The app will display a map showing nearby LeapCharger charging stations. Use the map to find charging stations in your vicinity or along your route. You can zoom in/out and drag the map to explore different areas.

Charging Session Initiation: Select the desired charging station from the map or list view. Tap on the station icon for more details, including the available charging connectors and pricing information.

The app will provide real-time updates on your charging session and notify you when it's complete. Payment can be conveniently made through the app using your preferred payment method.

Session History and Receipts: The app maintains a history of your charging sessions for your reference. You can view past sessions, including charging duration, energy consumed, and cost. Receipts for each session can also be accessed and downloaded from the app for your records.

Click the "Start Charging" button to initiate a charging session. You may be prompted to scan a QR code or input the station ID.

Updating or adding a payment method with LeapCharger is simple and hassle-free. Here's how you can do it:

Launch the LeapCharger App: Open the LeapCharger mobile app on your device. If you haven't already, log in to your account.

Access Payment Settings: Navigate to the app's settings or account menu. Look for an option related to "Payment" or "Billing."

Add New Payment Method: If you're adding a new payment method, select the "Add Payment Method" or "Add Card" option. Enter the required information, including your credit/debit card details, cardholder name, expiration date, and security code (CVV).

Edit Existing Payment Method: If you want to update an existing payment method, select the payment option you wish to modify. Depending on the app's interface, you might be able to edit specific details like the card number, expiration date, or billing address. Verify and Save: Double-check the information you've entered to ensure accuracy. Once everything looks good, confirm the changes or additions.

Security Measures: Depending on the app's security protocols, you might need to authenticate the changes. This could involve entering a verification code sent to your registered email or phone number.
